Give Yourself Grace
Hello! My name is Saara Ashtiani, and I am a prospective Master of Social Work student at the
University of Michigan. I am so excited to become part of the Mindgarden family!
I believe each individual carries a unique story shaped by their experiences, strengths, and
hope. I am committed to meeting people where they are and walking alongside them through
life’s twists, turns, and transitions. My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a
deep belief in each person’s resilience and capacity for growth.
The space at Mindgarden offers meaningful opportunities for healing, empowerment, and self
discovery, and I feel grateful to be part of that journey with each individual who walks through
our doors.
My interest in equine therapy stems from my own experiences with horses and the profound
impact they have had on my life. Whether you have been around horses your entire life or have
never stood within five feet of one, this work is accessible to everyone. Horses are intuitive,
sensitive, and intelligent animals, and it is truly life-changing to witness what they can teach
individuals of all ages.
I feel truly honored to be part of a space that nurtures healing, growth, and connection, and I
look forward to walking alongside each client as they discover their strengths and build
Resilience.
Daily Reminder: You are doing amazing things, give yourself grace each day!
